iStarUSA Sales Account Manager
Job Descriptions:
  • Account manager is responsible for sales volume and gross margin of iStarUSA sales.
  • Develop new corporate accounts and maintain existing accounts.
  • Meet the minimum requirement on sales volume and margin.
  • Daily sales activities such as prepare quotes and bids, type and manage orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Research and evaluate new methods to increase revenue such as trade shows or marketing promo.

Duties:
  • Develop new corporate accounts
  • Maintain existing accounts
  • Generate revenue through corporate users, companies, school, and government
  • Work with other departments to ensure that customer's needs are meet
  • Prepare quotes and or bids
  • Type orders and manage orders throughout the process to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Work with Accounting department to assist the customer in developing Net terms
  • Research and evaluate new methods to increase revenue. This may include Trade Shows, marketing promotions, etc
  • Prepares weekly sales recap reports
  • Resolve customer concerns regarding the sale/delivery of products with customer and internal departments such as manufacturing, customer service, and financial services
  • Proactively share sales strategies with peers
  • Other duties as assigned
