iStarUSA power supply factory have total of 36500 ft2 production facility space with 200+ production personnel. We are capable of produce up to 219,999 units of power supply per month. iStarUSA chassis factory have total of 20,000 ft2 production facility space with 90+ production personnel. We are capable of produce up to 40,000 units of chassis per month.
Quality Assurance Program
iStarUSA has International certified CE, CB, UL, TUV, and received ISO 9001 award for quality of our products. We imported high quality Japanese made transistors, resisters, capacitors and other components to build reliable and high performance power supplies. We also have testing laboratories for humanity, EMI, load balance, and other regulatory compliances testing station to validate our design. iStarUSA also has stress and burn-in procedures to ensure our power supplies can withstand heavy-duty usage day after day. All of iStarUSA chassis are made of Japanese SECC metal. To ensure durability and stability, all our chassis are made with 1.2~2.0mm sheet metal. Our chassis also have passed FCC and CE certification, with ISO 9001 quality across the globe. Every iStarUSA power supplies and chassis must pass our quality assurance program because we understand the importance of quality and reliability.
